AMERISHOP REFUND POLICY

OVERVIEW

At AmerisShop, we are committed to providing high-quality QuickBooks Pro 2024 Accounting Software products and services to our customers. As an authorized Platinum Partner Reseller of Intuit Limited products, we have established this refund policy to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Eligible Returns

  • Software products returned within 7 days of purchase
  • Software that has NOT been registered, activated, or installed

Non-Eligible Returns

  • Software that has been registered, activated, or installed
  • Products returned after 7 days of purchase
  • Digital downloads or electronically delivered software licenses
  • Software with opened/damaged packaging or missing components
  • Products with missing or damaged registration/serial numbers
  • Software purchased as part of a bundle or promotional package

REFUND PROCESS

  1. Request Authorization: Contact our customer service team at refunds@amerishop.shop or call +212 63 472 8392 to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

  2. Provide Information: Be prepared to provide:

    • Order number
    • Date of purchase
    • Reason for return
    • Proof of purchase

  3. Return Packaging: Once your return is authorized, package the unopened software with all original materials and include your RAN clearly marked on the outside of the package.

  4. Processing Time: Upon receipt and verification of your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

REFUND METHOD

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase
  • Credit card refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days
  • Alternative refund methods may be offered at our discretion if original payment method is unavailable

EXCHANGES

  • We offer exchanges for unopened software products of equal value
  • Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of purchase
  • Price differences for upgrades will be charged accordingly
  • Price differences for downgrades will be refunded accordingly

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

  • If you receive defective software that cannot be installed or activated due to manufacturer defects:
    1. Contact us within 48 hours of receipt
    2. Do not attempt to register or install defective software
    3. We will arrange for replacement or refund
    4. Defective product claims may be subject to verification by our technical support team

SOFTWARE VERSION GUARANTEES

  • AmerisShop guarantees that all QuickBooks Pro 2024 software products are genuine Intuit products
  • Software support is provided according to Intuit's standard terms of service
  • For software technical support, please contact Intuit's customer service directly

SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES

We understand that special situations may arise. Please contact our customer service team to discuss any circumstances not covered by this policy. We will evaluate special requests on a case-by-case basis.

LIMITATIONS

This refund policy is subject to the terms of our reseller agreement with Intuit Limited. In accordance with Section 3.1.3 of our reseller agreement, software licenses must be issued within twelve (12) months of purchase, after which they expire and are non-refundable.
